Scott & Dee were fantastic. The service for my mother was beautiful & they were always available to answer our questions promptly. We were very well looked after & I would thoroughly recommend them.

They carried out my brothers funeral with dignity respect, very compassionate to my family's grief.
I was informed of everything during the process and all the family's wishes for my brother were carried out.

When my mum sadly passed away last year and I received the call from the care home I immediately phoned Scott at Daniels & Turner with no hesitation as he had taken care of my dad three years earlier and given a great service.
I knew mum was in good hands with Scott and left him to carry out everything for me, he contacted the church and vicar that buried dad as he knew I wanted all the same for mum.
As before Scott is always there for you and the process is very smooth and nothing to worry about at these difficult times, which is so important.
I found Scott to be professional, helpful and gives that personal touch when it is most needed, I would recommend Daniels & Turner Independent  Funeral Services having used them twice and been very pleased with the service on both occasions.

When my father passed away I did not have any arrangements in place, so when I received the news from the care home that he had sadly passed away in the night I had to find a funeral director quickly.
I went on line and Googled Funeral Directors, having found a number of them local to me, I read about there services and they were all very much the same and all well established. 
So I decided to give Daniels & Turner Independent Funeral Directors a call as they were very local to where my father was going to be buried and I wanted to work with a small company and felt I would receive a good service.
As soon as I made the call Scott said that he would oversee everything for me and asked for all the details and arranged for my father to be collected immediately from the home.
We arranged a meeting and Scott dealt with everything for me so that I had nothing to worry about, he was always available to answer any questions and deal with any requests, it was an easy process and no pressure on me.  
The day of the funeral went as planned and I was very pleased that I had made the right decision to choose Daniels & Turner to handle my fathers funeral.

Daniels & Turner Funeral Directors attended my husband's funeral. They were totally professional, so kind, empathetic and thoughtful in what was a traumatic time.
I was visited at home to discuss arrangements and they kept in touch throughout. After my husband was cremated and the ashes were ready to be collected they called me and offered to collect them for me and bring them home.
I cannot say enough about their excellent service and kindness shown to me.
I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Scott took care of my mum, with diligence and compassion. On the day the hearse was beautiful, the wicker coffin sourced the last minute was perfect. He gave us access to a lovely celebrant who did a lovely eulogy, we were very comforted and impressed with the service our family received.
