Our Mum Noelle had been in a care home in Cheshire until her death .Mark Campion took charge from a distance arranging for her journey home to Worcestershire. We arranged the funeral date and met a couple of days later .Mark was kind and very practical.Where there was a decision to be made we invariably accepted his advice and our confidence was absolutely repaid . Everything at the funeral went as planned and the compassion and professionalism of the Jackson’s team was exemplary . We all left the service uplifted .Jenny the celebrant listened to us at length to build up a picture of Mum and helped us with every aspect of the service .We could not have asked for more support or better service.

Jackson Family Funeral Directors made the whole process of arranging the funeral, straightforward and hassle free. Amie was immediately sympathetic and reassuring and provided the right amount of information at each stage. Her initial "welcome"  when I was looking for a funeral director reassured me me that the whole service provided would be thoughtful and sensitively managed. The costs were explained and there were no hidden extras. Amie was very personable and put me in touch with an excellent celebrant who conducted a humanist funeral service at the crematorium. The whole experience was dignified and as efficient as possible.

Matt and Laura looked after our little girl after she passed, along with the help from the team. Everyone was absolutely amazing.
They made sure she had all her favourite things with her, and helped us all through the worst thing any parent can go through. 
Lily’s final journey was perfect. The whole team went above and beyond to arrange her princess perfect journey. It was as perfect as could be.
We were ran through the whole process before hand so once our daughter had passed, we didn’t need to have those difficult conversations. We were informed of everything we needed to do (register ect) and they organised everything else for us. 
I felt in very safe and capable hands and was very grateful to have Lily looked after so well by Laura and Matt.

Thank you so much for everything you did for our girl, and us.

As a family, we could not fault Jackson’s Family Funeral Directors. From our first phone call to the day of the funeral all of Jackson’s staff we worked with were friendly, courteous, and made sure to put our family at ease.



Whether it was calling up to ask a simple question, helping us with chasing down paperwork, or ensuring that the whole family were happy with choices made, Sarah helped us deal with the difficult situation at hand to ensure we were as comfortable as possible.

Outstanding service coupled with enormous kindness, respect and flexibility.  From the minute I spoke to Sarah and discussed the particular needs for my Brother's cremation (more challenging at a time of 'social distancing') I knew I had found the right Funeral Directors for me. 

Sarah and her colleague Tracey could not have done more. Nothing was too much trouble. Reverend Moore officiated at a simple moving service. This was absolutely essential in order to comply with my Brother's needs and wishes. The peace of mind this gave me and my family is impossible to quantify.

To put it another way, I travelled from London to Malvern for the service because, on one of the most difficult days of my life, I knew I was in safe hands.

Thank you Jackson Funeral Service for everything. I will never forget your kindness and professionalism.

Matthew conducted the funeral of one of my close friends a couple of years ago, who passed at just 33. Since then, I have seen them grow into a wonderful, truly independent, funeral company who focus on families and not profits. As a provider of Pre-Paid Funeral Plans, I have worked with Matthew and the team on dozens of funerals, Including Ms Roberts recently and always found them to be compassionate, professional and empathetic to all situations.
