I would like to thank Mark and the staff of Jacksons for all their help and kind support for the Funeral of Howard Thomas.
I was kept informed throughout the whole organization of the service and any questions were promptly answered.
This is the second time that I have asked Jacksons to take care of a loved one and as much as I do not want to partake of their services again anytime soon, I would highly recommend their services.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express my utmost thanks to Jenny Campion (celibrant) for creating a dignified and fitting service.

The care and compassion shown to me by your company, particularly Mark Campion, has been wonderful. Mark was so helpful and sorted out any issues we had along the way (and chivvied me up when needed). I can't express how much I and my family appreciated the attention to detail on the day of the funeral and the touching tribute to mum as Mark led the hearse back through the town where she had spent 90 years of her life. We were very well looked after for the whole time from the first phone call to the end of mum's journey, and I'm sure mum would have been so happy with her send off. Thank you to all, I couldn't recommend Jackson's Funeral Directors more highly.

From the outset I have nothing but praise for this Company. 
Tim and Mark originally attended the sudden death of my Aunt. They were both Courteous Polite and explained everything they weree going to do be for it was done.
Communication at all times both in person and via telephone and email was superb.
The Funeral service went absolutely to time and with out a fault and it was just what my aunt would have wanted.
To be honest everything was dealt with
Without question I would leave the arrangements of another loved one in the very experienced and capable hands of Mark and his team. Also Jenny the Celebrant was faultless and made everyone feel at ease. Top marks to this Company on every level you could mention.

From the moment my brother and I met Mark Campion at Jackson's in Upton on Severn office, we were immediately treated with such compassion and care.

Throughout the arrangements Mark visited personally, wanting to get to know my husband's personality and details of our family to help create a personalised service which made me feel he was helping a friend.

He thoroughly guided me through every step of the way, was always in direct contact and explained all aspects of how the day of the funeral would run. The other members of the team were extremely kind and respectful and reassured my 10 year old grandson.

Jenny Campion, Celebrant , was equally as attentive and kind. Jenny really helped create the most personal loving eulogy and service, peppered with smiles and happy memories tailored to my husband's personality. Jenny always reacted immediately to my many draft amendments!

I cannot thank Mark and Jenny enough for helping me and my family at this most difficult time as if they were friends. They both have unique people skills which is a true gift.

My sincere thanks to you both for your kindness and compassion. Thanks also to all the other members of the Jackson’s team for their valued support,,

I'm not sure where to start. Mark and the whole team were wonderful start to finish. Coming out in the middle of the night, the advice, care, patience, communication, calm approach, I cannot tell you how grateful we were/are.
I really felt like we were in safe hands. The communication we had with you was outstanding. I think that's the thing that stands out the most. Emails were answered straight away, phone calls were always answered, questions were answered over and over with such kindness. Literally nothing was too much trouble. As for Jenny, the celebrant, couldn't have had better, She totally understood us and my mum in law and made it all very easy. Wonderful!
I will recommend you a hundred times over.
