This was so easy - just one phone call to Tanya ensured that my Mum's body was collected from the care home that she died in within hours. Subsequently, I spoke to Tanya and Craig a number of times as the Coroner had to release the body, but they were always happy to help. And a simple cremation is entirely hassle free, so we can remember her in life rather than in a coffin.

Tanya and Craig are meant for this calling!
I lost my beautiful man to a tragic accident and they have been so absolutely supportive and respectful from day one.
Tanya is always at the end of the phone with a kind word and messages of encouragement.
Some people are meant to do what they do....and these people are as such.
Nothing was too much trouble. No words were worth more.
Tanya and Craig ...thank you both so much for helping Jeff on his final journey. I will never ever forget you and the way you have been towards us. Our girls appreciate you also.
No one ever wants to involve a funeral director in their lives....but if you ever have to....this wonderful couple sure do their best.
Much love both of you. Thankyou for everything you have done for our family ❤

WFS was excellent from start to finish. Very sensitive, kind and communicated at every stage of the direct cremation process, from collecting my late father (from a place over 100 miles from Worcester) to the cremation and return of his ashes. An awful and difficult time, but WFS was genuinely helpful and supportive throughout. Special mention to Tanya, who became our main point-of-contact.
