In loving memory of Kathleen White 'Kath' who sadly passed away on 17th October 2015 at the Royal Derby Hospital . Kath leaves behind her son Martyn and her daughter Kelly and three grandchildren Melissa, Amelia and Sean.
Kath was a very brave lady who fought until the very end. She is a true inspiration.
