A Service of Celebration of Toms life to take place at The Priory Witham Academy, Shannon Avenue, Lincoln, on Friday 22nd January 2016 at 11.45am, followed by an opportunity to share memory's of Tom at the Moorland Community Centre, Moorland Avenue, Lincoln (Please feel free to bring photos, etc.)
Please wear formal clothing, with a colourful twist.
Family flowers only please, donations if so desired may be made payable to the British Red Cross (Lincoln Fire and Emergency Support Service) and The Flying Seagull Project.
