On 6th January 2016, following an illness borne with dignity and humour, at Kirkwood Hospice and of Liversedge, aged 71 years, Phyllis, much loved and loving mum of Julie, Michelle and Sharon, very dear mother-in-law of Paul and Keith, dearly loved nan of Gavin, Johnathan, Charlotte, Rachel and Dominic and cherished grumps of Teaaron, Arabella, Alicia, Elliot, Joel, Ellie and Emily.
Funeral service will take place on Tuesday 19th January 2016 at 2.45pm. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please donations in lieu may be placed in the collection box provided by the Funeral Directors, for the benefit of Kirkwood Hospice.
