On 15th January 2016, at his home in Chickenley, aged 67 years, Fred, loving husband of Cynthia, beloved dad of Antony, Julie, Richard very dear father-in-law of Jill, Richard and Tracey, a dear and loved grandad, great-grandad, brother, brother-in-law and uncle.
Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 1st February 2016 at 2pm.
Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Fred may be placed in the collection box provided by George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of St James’s Kidney Patients Association.

I remember back when me Melissa and sammy was at school and we used to visit you sometimes on a evening sometimes on a weekend we used to all sit and laugh together and I remember been at yours in the back garden sat around playing pool and having a drink you was so kind hearted and caring a lovely guy to be around. God really does only take the best! X
