In loving memory of Nancy Jane Bennett who sadly passed away on 1st February 2016 aged 74 years. Loved and missed by all.

11 April 2016 Although it has been over 50 years since we last met, I shall always cherish you as the love of my life. When we first met in the summer of 1963 at Middlebury College, My father had just passed away, and I really appreciated your invitation to visit your family's home in Scarsdale. You were like a candle shining through my solitude from being 3,000 miles from my home in California. For this, I shall never forget your welcome.

  • 31 Jan 2017 I am looking forward to meeting your son, Frederic Beraud, in Sherman Oaks, California, the next time I go south to my condominium in Pasadena, Calif. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you have family near my place of retirement, as I had been in contact with your sister Mary Carol in Scarsdale, NY, on the opposite side of the country. 9 April 2016 I have fond memories of Nancy, whom I met at the Middlebury College French School in Vermont during the summer of 1963. I am deeply saddened at her passing and wish her family and friends my deepest sympathy at her passing.
