In loving memory of Cynthia Faulkner who sadly passed away peacefully on 18th March 2016, following a short illness bravely fought.

Cynthia will be greatly missed by all who knew her; husband Ted, daughters Donna and Lindsay, son in law Pete, grandchildren Abi, Emma, Jess, Owen, Andrew and Rhys, sister Betty and her family, brother Bill and his family. She was the matriarch of the family and remained in close touch with extended family; cousins Linda, Janet, Jackie and her family, cousin Eileen and her family and also sister in law Gwen and her family, Ted's cousins Richard, Rodney, Lance, Marilyn and their families, and also lifelong friend Ron and his family. She would always be interested in what everyone was doing, passing on news to others, never forgetting birthdays, anniversaries or just a cheery phone call at a time of need, greeting everyone with a beaming smile and a warm hug.

The family would like to invite everyone to come and celebrate Cynthia's life at the Pavilion, Moor Lane, Erdington, B6 7AA immediately following the service, to remember happy times spent with her, raise a glass and have a giggle, just as she would have wanted.

Our thoughts are with Ted, Donna, Lindsay and their respective families, at this sad time. Cynthia has always had a special place in our hearts, as she was regarded as a sister to my late mother. Andrew remembers with fondness the times he spent with them as a young boy during the summer holidays. Especially at the newsagents where he spent time reading superman comics.
Extending deep and heartfelt sympathy to all Cynthia's family.

To all auntie Cynthia's family, I'm so sorry for your sad loss. If I can live my life with just half the love and enthusiasm that always seemed to come from auntie Cynthia, then it will be a great and joyous life! She was brilliant! X
