Rose Martin (11 May 1926 - 15 Apr 2016)

In loving memory of Rose Martin who sadly passed away on 15th April 2016.

Rose married her husband Eric Martin after the Second World War in 1946. They had two children (Michael in 1947 and Linda in 1950). Despite Eric's discibility (he lost his right hand in the war) they went on to spend many years enjoying success and many accolades in the arena of Ballroom and Latin American dancing with the Western School of Dancing in Hadleigh, Essex. Throughout their marriage, Rose was a devoted wife and mother, and found time to work in various capacities in local supermarkets and was well-known and liked by all with whom she came into contact. Rose was devoted to her children, and growing family of grand-children, great-grandchildren, and latterly great-great grandchildren, all of whom were in her thoughts right up until the onset of Dementia.

Rose will be sorely missed for her humour, friendly nature and devotion to whatever she chose to do in her life.
