Dee was an inspiration during my mental health training, her dedication to the patients care, her commitment to staff development instilled a desire to be the best you could be. Over the many years ,that we worked together that never altered I am not given to sentiment but I loved her as a friend and valued her insights, trusted her and when she told me I was in the wrong I knew she was truthful.
Dee was held in high esteem as demonstrated by the sadness at her loss to illness by all who held her in such high regard .
