In loving memory of Joyce (Jo) Horrocks who sadly passed away on 4th June 2016. Peacefully at Woodlands Hospice surrounded by her family and friends aged 65 years.

A loving Daughter, Sister, Mum, Nan, Auntie and Friend. She will be greatly missed by all.

Funeral Service and Cremation at Thornton Crematorium on Tuesday June 14th 2016 at 1:20pm. All who knew her are welcome to attend.
