In loving memory of Keith Thomas Clark who sadly passed away on 29th June 2016. Peacefully in hospital aged 72 years.
Loving husband to Lillian (Lil). Loving dad to Sharon and Denise. Father-in-law to Tony and Kevin and beloved grandad to Liam, Beth, Jack, Michael and Emma. You fought so hard to stay with us but could not make it home.
A big thank you to all the staff at Fazakerley Hospital who cared for him, making him so comfortable in his last days.
Funeral Service and Cremation at Thornton Crematorium on Thursday July 7th 2016 at 11:20 am.
