Death Announcement & Funeral Arrangements: Pobrina (Mai) Fernandes

In loving memory of Pobrina Fernandes who sadly passed away on 10th August 2016, Thornton Heath, Surrey.

POBRINA FERNANDES Aged 97 was Born on 25 October 1918. Ex-Mombasa, Kenya and Goa, India. Wife of the Late Francisco Joao Lourenco Fernandes. Daughter of Antonio Caetano Fernandes and Rosa Mariana Fernandes, (both deceased). Sister of Francis X. Fernandes, Minguel A. Fernandes and Braz S. Fernandes, all deceased. Beloved mother of Filipina and Clementina (Both deceased) as well as surviving children Salus/Bennie, Iggy, Terezinha/Angelo, Caje/Daljit, and Rosy/Kevin. Grandma to Stanley, Sandra, Sean/Dee, Kevin, Joanna, Francisco/Portia, Charmaine, Sarah and Peter and Great Grandma to Erin, Limarie and Eloise. She will be sorely missed by all her family and friends.

FUNERAL DETAILSs: Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 10.00 am at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, 45 Brook Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey CR7 7RD on Thursday 25 August 2016 followed by the Burial at Mitcham Road Cemetery, Croydon Thornton Road CR7 6BB and thereafter for Refreshments at St Andrew's Church Hall, same address as the Church.

Family flowers only but any donations would be very much appreciated to fund a Water bore-hole Project in Fr. Raj Mandagiri's Parish in Andhra Pradesh, India.

A box will be available at the back of the Church.
