Died suddenly at home on the 14th August 2016, aged 79 years. A dearly loved Father of Gary and Tracey. Father-in-Law to Sally and David, and a much loved Grampy to Louis, James, Amy and Kayte. Tom will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
