A lovely lady, always cheerful and enthusiastic. It was a pleasure to know and work together with her.

I will miss Liz's smiling face at our monthly coffee mornings at Bawtry Community Library. This is where I first met Liz when I started as a volunteer there in 2012. She was so creative, not only baking wonderful and slightly unusual cakes ("poppy seeeds in this one today") but she had a knack of putting a sprig or a twig and an odd bloom inside small glasses and placed these miniature centre pieces on the library tables on coffee mornings. So simple yet so effective. I now do the same thing on my own kitchen windowsill because of Liz. With condolences to her family. Rest in Peace.
