In loving memory of Susan Bernadette Morgan who sadly passed away on 13th October 2016

Sue, daughter of Desmond and Hazel Holyhead, was born in West Bromwich on 4th April 1953. The eldest of four, Sue was big sister to Pat, David and Lee. She spent many happy years and made life long friends growing up in West Bromwich before moving south at the age of 14. Despite a difficult start, Sue settled into life in Southampton. She became a qualified nursery nurse before deciding the life wasn't for her, and instead settled and had a family of her own.

Sue married Den in 1981 and together they had three beautiful daughters; Katherine in 1982, Rachael in 1984 and Jennifer in 1986. Sue's strength was tested throughout her life, no more so than when they lost their firstborn at the ago of only three weeks. Despite these difficulties, Sue always maintained her fantastic sense of humour, and was always the first to welcome you with a big grin and cup of tea.

Sue became an avid crafter and was well known for her beautiful hand-made cards. Another love was nature and her garden, which was always full of colour and birdsong.

Sue was many things to many people. Not only a fantastic mother, beautiful daughter and loving sister, she was a devoted friend, special aunt and forgiving mother-in-law.

Sue lost her battle with illness at Countess Mountbatten Hospice, and passed away peacefully surrounded by those she loved. She will be forever missed by all.
