In loving memory of Hyacinth Monica Claxton who sadly passed away on 7th October 2016, aged 73 years. Beloved Partner, Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother and Auntie, Hyacinth will be sorely missed by all who knew her in the community.
Funeral service will take place at St Aidans Church on 10th November 2106, at 12:30 pm. Interment to be held at Harehills Cemetery at 2:30 pm. Refreshments afterwards at Leeds West Indian Centre.
There will be a coach provided from the Church.
