In loving memory of Edna Clarke who sadly passed away on 2nd November 2016 after a battle with cancer.
Edna leaves behind 3 daughters - Melanie, Caroline & Stephanie; 4 granddaughters - Becky, Jenny, Gemma and Lauren and a brother - Alan. She will be greatly missed. She had a great deal of friends to whom we owe a debt of gratitude for their help and support over the last few years. We hope that many of you will be able to join us at her funeral service and burial and we ask that people wear colours rather than black please. You are all welcome to come back to her house afterwards for tea and sandwiches.
We are suggesting family flowers only and donations to the Stand Up To Cancer charity (part of Cancer Research UK). You can make donations either online by clicking on the 'Donations' link on this page or by writing a cheque payable to 'Cancer Research UK' and sending it in to the funeral directors (details on this page) or bringing it along on the day of the funeral. Thank you.

Thelma Capps donated £25 in memory of Edna

Tris was a very dear and close friend for over 76 years. I particularly remember the lovely holidays we had in Devon with her parents, who were very dear people.
I am glad Tris is free of her pain now but will always miss her
