Just learned of Derek's passing. I worked with Derek a long time ago but I remember what a true gent he was. Condolences to the family.

If I can one day be half the man you were Dad I will be doing well.
Apart from being my dad, you were my best friend and words alone cannot come close to the love, respect and admiration I will always have for you.
