I was very sad to hear this news. Nora came to help clean our house, first in Taylor's Lane, Sydenham, then in Honor Oak Park - from about 1988 to 1997. She also became a very good friend. She was a kind, loving and considerate person, and we will always keep fond memories of her.

Nora always had a sparkle not only in her eyes but also to her character. You could always rely on her to put a smile on your face or an aching jaw from laughing.. an amazingly loving lady who will be greatly missed. Her two sons are an absolute credit to her.. Rest in peace Nora xx

Nora was my nan and when I say nan she was everything a nan should be. I was the eldest and I have the most amazing memories of her and my grandad dick. She was famous with us grandchildren for her famous breakfasts in bed and her amazing sense of humour. She made everyone know how proud she was of her family and was an inspiration to me how she took everything in life in her stride without moaning and just getting on with it. I'm happy she is at peace as she experienced a tough few years but I take comfort in knowing she loved all us grandchildren and her great grandchild but also my dad and uncle vince and his wife my auntie Maureen and know that both my nanny Norah and grandad Richard will always be looking over us. Nan I love you so much and I will keep my promises I made the last time we spoke. Xxxxxxxxxxxx

So many happy and wonderful memories of my mother-in law Nora, full of life love and laughter we shared so many special occasions family events and holidays. When I lost my mum I think Nora decided to set out on a mission to make my life as easy as possible she would come round do the ironing clean the oven tidy the kids rooms (no easy task) and do anything she thought might help I was the envy of my friends for many years! She was a wonderful nan and played a big role in Kerry-Anne and Ryan's upbringing, I think Ka gets her showmanship and confidence to perform from her nan and Ryan his determination and sense of
humour. Nora we love ❤️ you and will always miss you, you brought so much fun and laughter into our lives xxx Maureen x
