In loving memory of Ilze Dalberga who sadly passed away on 4th January 2017

To the strongest woman that i have the pleasure of knowing! You have given me 13 years that i will never forget or be able to thank you for again!.

You and my Darling daughter Francesca were my world !. I can not express the feeling of loss that I have but I am also glad that you are no longer in any pain!.

Ilze you fought a battle with an evil that knows no boundaries and you did so with such courage and dignity.

You have also been my rock doing so and I love more than words can say!! You will live on in your daughter and I will make sure on my life that she grows up every bit as beautiful and strong as you are xx.

Until we meet again my baby xx We will never forget your smile that funny laugh and some of the sayings that had us all in stitches.

All our love always xx Andy &Francesca xx

Dear Ilzhuk,
it's so hard to say 'you were...' so many lovely memories...
We will never forget your smile and laugh and the time we spent together singing and having fun at house parties. You had great character and a big heart. We will miss you greatly. You will be in our hearts forever.

With love

Dear Ilze
I have know you since 2004. Starting our friendship at work Acushnet, St. Ives. Over the years we became close friends. We have spent many great times together from a little laugh at work to house party's, days out and our holiday to Latvia. The best times were when we lived opposite each other on Bedford Crescent. If it wasn't for you I never would of met Laura and got to start a little family of my own. For which I cannot thank you enough.
I can't believe we have to say goodbye to such a kind young and talented woman. Every time I look at the stars I will think of you. So so sorry your life ended at such a young age.
Love Ben X X X

Dear Frankie/Andy
Stay strong, you will be lost for a while but you will also form a bond stronger than you could imagine. I hope this Obituary and other keepsakes from you mum/partner will help you remember positive memories of your time together as a family.
Mums live in a special place in the hearts of their children. That's why Ilze will continue to live, even when she has passed on.
Love Ben X X X

Dear Ilze!
Each of us met you on a different time. Helmuts met you when he first moved to England, and you were his comerade in arms against the new regime, helping each other how to learn to live in a new country. It was the trinity of you with Rita, in fact, that were holding on to each other for support. Couple of years later Helmuts met me... his future wife... and showed pictures with you.. I was jealous. :)

6 years later we moved to England, the four of us already at that time... and there you were again, this time with Andy, to help and support us in our hardships and celebrate the good times! It was you both who helped us feel like home in wonderful Godmanchester... which is no better than a desert if not for you guys - our wonderful friends. You came to visit me in my 'kindergarden" on lunch-times, I would serve you lunch, and we would talk about all kinds of little things. But they were important for both of us - keeping up who we were - latvian girls abroad.

You were always a joy to meet. Always laughing, always ready to help. A small part of Latvia in Britain.
At that time you were only planning for a baby... and wanting it so much, I could feel your pain ... And I could not have been any happier when I finally got to know about your miracle - little Frankie!!!

Francheska - I saw your mommy as a merger of sunshine and flash. Being so loving, open and heartflelt but with a passion of a tigress!!! We all loved her for who she were - lovable, funny, loving and passionate girl who became your loving mother and will keep an eye on you from heaven forever!

You will be missed, Ilze.

Ilzie,
This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to write. I miss you more than words can say.
I miss singing to you, so badly, as we went for coffee at work! You were the best work wife a girl could ask for.
Knowing you meant I got the added bonus of knowing Andy and then your beautiful Frankie being born on my birthday. An amazing birthday surprise for me!
Life will never be the same but I can't wait to watch Frankie grow into the most beautiful strong woman I know she will be. I will always be there for her and Andy.
I love you Ilze
Xxxxx

Words cannot express the sorrow of the loss of a dear friend. I missed her from the day she left Asla. We had many laughs and chats sitting next to each other at work. They did not stop, we had plenty more most days when she was on the bus stuck in traffic. Ilze was a fun loving and caring person. Even during her illness she has been the most positive person I have ever known. No doubt her positive vibes will stay with us and her family forever. Rest in peace, you will not be forgotten xx
