In loving memory of Jean Norma Lake Passed away peacefully on 31st December 2016. Beloved wife of Hugh, loving mum to Wayne, Kevin, Gary and Jackie, a nana and great-nana. Jean's funeral service will be held at Gilroes Crematorium on Monday 23rd January 2017 at 12.45pm. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to The Respiratory Clinic at Glenfield Hospital.
