I'm sorry if this makes no sense...
I don't have many pictures of grandad but a picture can only say so many words. My heart and mind is filled with many memories over the years and I will keep these for the rest of my life.
I could sit here and write a million things about how lucky I am to have had a grandad like Peter and how loving and caring he was. How funny he was and that he was sneaky when it came to eating something he shouldn't.
But none of this seems real and I can't say goodbye to my grandad because I know deep down he is alive in us all and though his human form might not be around singing when doing any activity, falling asleep while reading the paper or telling us silly jokes he heard. We will be reminded of him in even the small things we do, see or smell and I hope he can see us.
I love you grandad!!!!
