In loving memory of Patricia Chambers (Pat) who sadly passed away on 5th March 2017 aged 65.
Our beautiful, amazing mum was the most loving friendly outgoing lady who had a heart of gold and open arms making all who knew her feel like part of our family.
A loving wife to our stepdad Peter, a devoted Nana to Lyndsey, Lilly and the newest member of our family little Brody without a doubt a truly wonderful Mum to Maria, Sara and Steven.
Mum you will be missed so much and you will be forever in our hearts, sleep peacefully beautiful and one day we will see you there xxx
