In loving memory of Carole Ann Hill who sadly passed away on 8th April 2017

Married to Brian James Hill for over 30 years and having 4 children with him, Louise 34, Michael 32 Stephanie 29, Toni 28 and she couldnt of been prouder.

Carole was the most amazing Nanny and adored all her grand children, Kaycie 11, Lauren 10, Joel 9, Nicholas 8, Isabelle 7, Riley 6, Sonny 11 months and one one the way which Mum has named Nellie Ann.

Mum was well known in our community, everywhere she would go there was always someone stopping to have a gab an a giggle on the Marion Square.

She loved music, so would always be made up when ever Michael would be playing Pink Floyd or Supertramp or even The Beautiful South just because he knew she would be happy.

Mum went through so much in the last 16 years and Dad was her full time carer, they were inseperable.
When mum had to go into hospital which was a lot, they were both like lost puppies. So i know this is going to be very hard on Dad to come to terms with.

We all got our chances to say our goodbyes to Mum and we all as a family were ready to let her go and be out of all this pain and suffering, and Mum knew we would all be ok without her because we are her family and she will always be with us.

I hope Mum gets the send off she deserves, and is proud of what we managed to get done and who comes to support us.

Well Goodnight Mum, shine bright up there our Angel.

Thank you for being YOU.

This little guy got up & walked the day you gained your wings mum, I'm guessing you were there guiding him to keep myself busy. I still hurt everyday, I miss you so much. I love that you're my mum. Love you xxxxxxxx

They say you find ways to cope and find it easier as time goes on but I miss you so much mum. I still think there's days I can come visit you and there isn't. How are you no longer here with me? Only thing I know is you're no longer here struggling how you had to, that became unfair on you. I'm so proud of how much you fought to be here and I'm proud you're my mum. You're strong, beautiful, kind, amazing, caring and very missed by your grandchildren. Riley doesn't shut up about you and Sonny still says Nanny, I won't let him stop shouting you until he is big enough to remember why he shouts for his nanny, you're his fist word and I'm very proud :) he also started walking the day you left, in guessing this was thanks to your help to keep me busy eh! :) love you mum. Sweet dreams xxxxx

I was with you last night mum you looked so peaceful. It was hard to come to terms that this was me saying my very last goodbye and last good night to you. It was my very last time to visually see you still here, hold your hand, touch your hair and smell your presence around me. Today will be one of the most hardest days I'm to get through yet. You are my mum, my best friend, one who I'd look forward to hearing from ever single teatime I sat down about to eat :) those calls I miss! I didn't mind I was about to eat I loved to hear your voice and know your were always doing ok but as time went on and those calls came I knew... I knew you were slowly going mum :( I could hear it in your voice I could see it in your face that's when I knew it was time to let you go, let you be free and gain your angel wings, I had to stop being selfish and stop making you feel you still had to fight! Not anymore mum you fought, fought so so hard you're fighter. Well I best go. Have my one million & things to do as you know and shout at me. It's what a mum is all about though :) you know this with us four it's all go... thank you for baking an amazing mum to me, I've read some letters you've written to family that made me see your character even more. That's my mum :) I'm so proud of you. Today I'll try be strong. I hope your send off is what you'll have wanted stubborn ar** :) with your no special requests!!! Good night mum. Love you sleep tight. Love Toni, Joe, Jackson, Riley, Sonny, Nelly Xxxxx
