Peacefully at St Columba's Hospice on Monday 22nd September 2014.
Jayne, much loved mum of Connor and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Jayne's life will be held at Seafield Crematorium on Friday 3rd October at 1pm to which all are welcome.
A collection will be taken after the service in aid of St Columba's Hospice
