Jacqueline Cook (6 Sep 1962 - 4 Jul 2017)

Jacqueline was a lovely person who I have found memories of, the one that sticks out most is that we used to have some banter back and forth when I called reception. When I heard of her passing the one that stuck out most for me was when I used to call and say "hiya it's Caroline" and she would say "Oh naw what are you wanting" ha ha ha. Lovely person, my thoughts are with all her family now, remember the goods times as I am sure you would have had many xxxxx

You will always be remembered with great affection. You put a smile on everyone's face and were a friend to us all. I will miss you and I send my warmest regards and condolences to all of the family.

Rest in Peace Jacqui and my sympathies to all your family. We will miss you a lot here at UWS. I was blessed and privileged enough to have your smile and hear your jokes for almost 6 years. I will always remember you, your kindness and smiles. Lots of love to all the family xx

I am so saddened to hear of Jacqueline's passing and my thoughts are with the family at this very sad time. She will be sadly missed by all of us here and I have a lot of lovely memories of Jacqueline. She was a very witty lady with a big heart.

My heartfelt condolences go out to the whole family. I already miss Jacqueline's (or Wacky Jackie, as I liked to call her) cheeky banter, she really was a character!
