Jacqueline was a lovely person who I have found memories of, the one that sticks out most is that we used to have some banter back and forth when I called reception. When I heard of her passing the one that stuck out most for me was when I used to call and say "hiya it's Caroline" and she would say "Oh naw what are you wanting" ha ha ha. Lovely person, my thoughts are with all her family now, remember the goods times as I am sure you would have had many xxxxx

My heartfelt condolences go out to the whole family. I already miss Jacqueline's (or Wacky Jackie, as I liked to call her) cheeky banter, she really was a character! We had many laughs over the years at UWS and she will forever be in my heart. Rest In Peace Jacqueline, until we meet again my friend XxxX
