Peacefully on 26th June 2017 at the Exeter Hospice, Jackie aged 57 years.Darling Wife of Bernard, devoted Mum of Luke, Josh and Zack, Loving daughter of June and the late Fernley. Sister of Sharon and Geraldine. Jackie was a very brave special lady who suffered so much in a short space of time, and always with a smile. Will be sadly missed by all her friends, who have supported her to the end. Funeral service at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Tuesday 11th July at 11.30am (St Peters Chapel).
