Eric, Happy Birthday and Happy Retirement!

Although you are gone you will never be forgotten.

I pray that you are Rest In Peace and asked my guardian angels (parents) to welcome you up there! I am sure that you like my parents are opening doors for Natalie and the rest of the family.

I believe that you will live on through them as they are your legacy. You would be even more proud of them now than ever before.

I can't thank you enough for always making me feel part of the family, checking my car for me, giving Remi the seal of approval lol, teaching me to cook your famous Fritters, Curry Chicken, (cooking these will never be the same again). I will miss the stories of you winding Justin up about the football, and getting a good deal, (which reminds me of the last time we spoke, where I told to join LivingSocial).

Most importantly thank you for Natalie, I promise to look after and help take care of you baby girl for you.

When I think of you, I will always think of you as Otis Redding sings, Sitting on the Dock of Bay, with my Dad listening to your music in Heaven watching over us.

Love and miss you Erica

Eric you will always be in our hearts and we will remember you through all the many good memories that we created and shared together over the past 40 years. Those memories will keep you alive within our minds and we will laugh, smile and feel sad at different times as we remember you. However, we'll always feel a little sadness like an emptiness that there will be no new memories to create but appreciate and feel blessed with the precious ones we have. RIP

I served with Eric at various postings in the Army Medical Service Since 1973
From the onset you could see a
man who had his own style and although we use to tease him about his choice of music namely
(Dillinger) and choice of cars (his put put).
Eric was focused on what he wanted for himself, his family and friends.

In all the tributes he has received they have shown that he was a true friend who will be missed.
It was a privilege and honour to have known him.

Josie and family. What a wonderful funeral you gave Everton. A celebration of a life and a journey across the globe, enjoying life, meeting people, culinary delights and more.
Did you notice the weather today! The sun continued to shine throughout the whole ceremony and kept on shining.....

I have such fond memories of Eric. He always gave a warm smile and lovely welcome. I loved visiting him and Josie. We always had nuff fun and laughs - not forgetting his great cookery skills!

Eric was always great fun to be around and great company. Always gave you a warm hug, encouragement and took an interest in whatever was happening in your life.

He loved his family so much and l know they are going to miss him dearly but we will all have so many great memories to cherish.

So sorry l can't be there today but you are in my thoughts and l will miss seeing you.

Lots of love to all the family.

Tash xxx
