Suddenly but peacefully, at home, on Friday 14th July 2017, Alex (late of Leith Docks and Royal Engineers and Leith Dockers Clubs), beloved husband of the late Margaret (nee Reilly), devoted dad of Alex, Liz and Thomas, much loved father in law and friend of Jacqueline, Stevie and Linda, proud grandad of Christopher, Michael, Greg, Jack and Taylor and his 6 great-grand children, brother in law of Jim and Ann, dear uncle of Linda, Ann and families and good friend to all who knew him. Funeral service at Warriston Crematorium Lorimer Chapel on Thursday 27th July at 11am, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only please. One thing in life for which we will always be glad, we were your children and you were our dad.
