In loving memory of Reginald 'Reg' Taylor who passed away on 27th July 2o17

A conscript at 17 who served for 28 years in the Special Investigation Branch of the army.

A man of courage who stood up against the British army for his right to marry the Asian girl he loved. A decision which shaped his future and family.

One of 12 siblings who left school at 13 and was determined that his children would receive the education he never had no matter what pressure he came under.

A quick wit, a lover of sport and a ferocious arguer who believed that a good point made should never be clouded by its veracity.

Above all a man who loved his wife and family truly, madly and deeply.

Time will lessen the pain of losing him but nothing will replace the gap he leaves in our lives.
