In loving memory of Angela Ann Clements who sadly passed away on 29th July 2017.
Angela battled cancer for 5 long years, never giving up always fighting back.
She is loved by many and will continue to be loved by many - people will continue to share her stories and pictures for many years to come.
Angela put everyone first even when really poorly she would put the pain to the back of her mind to help others around her.
Angela has a heart of GOLD and loves her family, friends and work with all her heart.
Angela is the perfect Mother, Nanny, Sister, Daughter, Auntie, and Friend.
Angela may not be with us in person but her spirit will live on through everyone.

This time two weeks ago I was holding your hand while you slipped away. I miss you so much, I miss our phone calls, our jokes, our shopping trips, our hugs, our kisses. I miss everything!!! Life is so hard without you I think about you every second of the day. You were not only my mum but also my best friend. There will be a part of my heart missing forever. I love you Mummy xxx
