In loving memory of Joan O'Sullivan who passed away peacefully on 29th July 2017 at Pendine Park Care Home, formerly of Dol Mwyn, Coedpoeth aged 78 Years. Beloved wife of the late Bill, loving mum of Paul, Jeanette and Diane, proud nan of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given in memory via the offertory plates for Hope House Childrens Hospice.
