David has always been an absolute rock for our family and been such a support when times have been tough. Quiet and unassuming but a man of action who would always go the extra mile for anyone. Dearly loved those around him, especially his family. Great fun to be with, an infectious laugh and always a twinkle in the eye. A great sportsman and a real team player. A lovely man who will be sorely missed. The Wyers
