On Wednesday 6th September 2017, passed away peacefully in Leeds General Infirmary, aged 58 years.
The dear partner of Roy, much loved mum of Mark and Christopher, and a loved grandma of Noah, Joseph and Oliver.
The Funeral Service will take place at St Wilfrid’s Church, Chatsworth Road, Leeds 8 on Wednesday 13th September at 1.15pm prior to cremation at Lawnswood Crematorium Chapel at 2.20pm.
Family flowers only please but donations may be made in memory of Jean to St Gemma’s Hospice, for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
