In loving memory of Christine Colligan who sadly passed away peacefully on 1st October 2017 at Marie Curie, Edinburgh.
Mother to John, Simon and Keith, mother-in-law to Tracy and Cheryl, loving Grandmother to Amy, Ryan, Alex, Eilidh-Jane, Alice, Rioghnach and Cameron, and Great Grandmother to Stuart, William and David.
Widow of Frank.
Also beloved sister to Joanne and Mary, sister-in-law to Jim and John, and Aunt to Terry and Emma.
Born Christina Mary Graham Cardwell, on 23rd November 1951 in Peebles to John and Christina.
Christine grew up in West Linton before moving to Penicuik to raise her family.
Christine loved Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Murder Mysteries and time with family and friends.
She had a passionate zest for life and in the last few days she was called "Spirited" by the nurses and carers at Marie Curie.
Hopefully she will have found that perfect cup of tea.
She will be sadly missed but never forgotten.
Funeral will take place at West Linton Cemetery at 11.ooam on Thursday 12th October 2017.
The wake will be held at Shottstown Miners (Penicuik), 165 John Street, Penicuik, EH26 8AT
