In loving memory of Gordon Goodlet who suddenly passed away on 20th October 2017 aged 65. Much loved uncle to Brian, Lisa,Richard and David...Gordon was a very generous man. Would do anything for anyone he was at times a big softie that couldn't say no. He was a very intelligent, happy, content man who done life his way and his way only ...i love you Gordon hope you know that xx

Gordon was like a father figure to me, someone I looked up at and respected as I didn't know my own father as a kid, he knew this as I told him and his reply was, "Brian your like the son I've never had" he was also my best friend, he would help me in anyway he could, he was always there for me through thick and thin, he was understanding and helped me a lot through my bad times of my depression, his nickname for me was Brenda! I still don't know why to this day! I will really miss him, last thing he said to me was, "chin up big yin, give your auld uncle a hug" I will always remember those words.
