We think of you Aunty Iris with loving memories of visits to your house and catching frogs in your stream. We loved your long hair especially when you used to sit on it. Although we didn’t see much of each other you were a lovely aunty and you will be missed. We will be thinking of you with dad tomorrow ♥️

Today we will be remembering all the happy times we shared. Memories of Becky and Phillip playing in your beautiful garden. All those cosy chats we had together I will treasure forever. You will always be in our hearts. Lots of love Julie and Malcolm xxx

To my lovely Great Aunty Iris, you were such a kind, loving and generous person. I have such wonderful memories that I will always cherish, your sense of fun was second to none.
You were a seriously talented knitter, and could turn your hand to almost anything crafty. Your Christmas wrapping was like a work of art, and your garden prize worthy. You were a woman of many talents, and definitely an inspiration to me growing up. When I think of you now, I can hear your wonderful cheeky laugh.
Although I won’t be there tomorrow, my thoughts and prayers will be with you xxx love you lots xxxx

As silence now surrounds me, I reflect upon my years,
The happiness, the joyful times, the sorry and the tears.
With nature’s beauty all around, it’s then my eyes can see.
How much your love is in the world, how much you cared for me,
And so when I feel down at heart, I say a silent prayer,
And then your lovely voice I hear.
Know peace for I am here.

Say not in grief she is no more but in thankfulness she was.

Our family chain is broken
And nothing seems the same
But as God calls one by one
The chain will link again.
Rest in peace Iris ..
