In loving memory of Patricia Eileen Caddy (Nee Cawte) who sadly passed away on 26th November 2017
Pat, passed away at Ashgrove House Nursing Home in the company of all those who loved her, aged 89 years. She is now reunited with Jim, her husband.
She was a much loved mum of Judith, Jane and Gaynor and a devoted grandma and great grandma (GG).
'Your memory lives on in love'
Funeral service to be held at St Mary's Church, Purton on Wednesday 13th December at 1:45pm followed by cremation at Kingsdown Crematorium at 3.00pm.
Family flowers only but donations appreciated in Pat's memory for Brighter Futures Radiotherapy Appeal.
