Dear Valerie,
I have so many happy memories when I was a teenager. Your door was always open to us no matter what time and always made us feel so welcome and made us feel part of the family. You also made sure we never went hungry even if we did raid the fridge and eat the dinner you made for the next day. Thank you for inviting us away with the family to Anglesey. Had such a lovely time with you all and will always treasure happy memories.

Dear Valerie, I will always remember you for your kindness and understanding. For always seeing the good in everyone and for always being patient (even when we were worse for wear and raiding your fridge and playing the piano at 2am!) You always had a smile for everyone and your laugh was joyful and endearing. I will always be grateful to you for your positivity when Meggie was so poorly and even when faced with the saddest of news, you kept believing and that’s always stayed with me.
Sleep well Valerie in the arms of your beloved Jesus, he will take care of you now. X❤️X
