In loving memory of Jim (R.J) Barraclough who sadly passed away on 28th November 2017, peacefully at Highfield Pendine Park Nursing Home, long term member of Llangollen G.C, former vice chair at Manweb, formerly of Cefn Mawr and Legacy, aged 86 years. Dearly missed by all his family and many friends. No flowers by request please, donations may be given in memory. All enquiries please to the funeral directors.

It is with great sadness that we are letting you know that Dad, Jim Barraclough, passed away peacefully, late on Tuesday night, 28th November.

Dad started work with Manweb in Rhostyllen as a Senior Assistant in the Sub-Area Account Office in August 1958. Dad attained many Senior positions in Manweb including Area and Regional manager for every District in the company. Dads final position was as Company Secretary from which he retired in 1989.

Once retired he and Mum went on many long and exotic holidays until Mum's Alzheimer’s disease prevented her from travelling. Dad cared for mum for over 7 years at home until she had to go into care, where she is now. Sadly Mum can not attend the funeral.

Those of you who knew Dad are warmly invited to attend the funeral service and committal at the Pentrebychan Crematorium on Thursday 7th December at 1030 and later for refreshments following the service.
