My dear friend Emily,
If i could say these words it would be that you where one special girl and friend.We shared many moments together even if we did have to always need help to participate in activitys,we always had fun and laughed hard.
You are now a very special angel and we will meet again one day and then we will have the ability to walk and talk as free spirits about all that we shared down here on earth.
I will always keep you and your family in my thoughts.

Emily was a beautiful girl with a wonderful soul and an infectious laugh that always made me smile, although she was only with us a short time she will live on forever in the hearts and memories of everyone who was lucky enough to have known her.
