In loving memory of Daphne Jones who sadly passed away on 17th December 2017, at Haulfryn Residential Care Home, Cymau, of Coedpoeth, aged 94 Years. Beloved wife of the late Bernie, much loved mam of Kay, dear mother-in-law to Steve, loving gran of Sian, Neil and Louise, proud great granny of Abbi, Brandon, Evie and Tomos.
