I had the pleasure of nursing Menna during her stay on Pantomime Ward. Peace, love and empathy to all her family. Her daughter's dedication to her was admirable and wonderful to see. Fond memories always .

I had the privilege or looking after Menna during her long stay on pantomime ward at the Wrexham mealor hospital! During that time myself and Menna developed an amazing bond! We got on like a house on fire, but also argued like cat and dog at times! Whilst I was on my days off Menna would miss me , and to be honest I missed her too! Even with Menna's Dementia she was still very much with it and had the most amazing story's ! She used to talk about her loving husband Eddie regularly to me and used to ask me to make sure my boyfriend looked after me the way Eddie looked after her, he clearly was the love of her life! Meeting Menna's daughter and her granddaughter Jane and Lizzie who where Menna's world, meant the world to me as I'm still in touch with them, which I'm forever greatful! They worshipped the ground Menna walked on, and like wise. The pride on Menna's face when talking about how proud of them both she was, was just lovely to see and listen too.
I'm sooooo glad I met you Menna and il remember you for ever, good night sweetheart xxxxxx
