Kimberley Welburn wrote

He was never one for praises,
He was never one to boast.
He just went on quietly working,
For those he loved the most.

His dreams were seldom spoken,
His wants were very few.
And most of the time his worries,
Would go unspoken too.

He was there, a firm foundation,
Through all our storms and strife.
A sturdy hand to hold onto,
In times of stress and strife.

A true friend we could turn to,
When times were good or bad.
One of our greatest blessings,
The man we called our Dad.

Miss you and love you forever xxxxxx

I have known my uncle Jackson my whole life and I am heartbroken that he is no longer in it. Some of my earliest memories are of him and the wonderful time we spent together. Whenever I returned to the Northeast I looked forward to seeing him and catching up again. He was a constant source of wisdom and friendship. My thoughts are with you all.
