Kathleen "Kathy" Innes (23 Apr 1948 - 29 Dec 2017)

Where did the time go? Although we lived round the corner from each other we were in our 20s when we became friends. We worked together on Sunday nights in the hotel. You took a fancy to my cousin Billy and then got married to him; had the 3 girls. There were parties, weddings and cousins nights and you were good company, funny. Now we are suddenly going to be saying “goodbye” to you. RIP Kathy xxx

Kathy you have left a lot of broken hearted people behind and that includes family and friends. Each having happy memories of their time soent knowing you and im no different.
Having spent 40+ years knowing you from helping in the community centre, running the playscheme, laughing & crying, taking and then looking through old photographs while retelling the tales, nights out and nights in playing cards and drinking tea till the small hours, celebrating many a birthday, holiday, Christmas, Hogmany together. Watching our families all expanding and the kuds all growing up and having kids of their own. For sure Kathy things will never be the same again by god they will be quieter but never the same. Im glad you and Billy are back together where you belong. R.I.P ❤💋
