Mum, Sleep
Sleep tonight
And may your dreams
Be realized
If the thundercloud
Passes rain
So let it rain
So let it be

I love you so very much. Phillip. XX

I bought you a small teddy Mum, as the only other one you had i left with you on your day. It is called a flower bear, it is with you right now and the flower on the front is so vibrant. So bright. I hope that ted will keep you warm when i am not there. I remember the film Ted that you watched and really liked, quite rude but a great story but you enjoyed that film and as you never really liked anything apart from Ghost or Dirty Dancing that was nice. Your laugh was infectious. I still have my own special ted that Aunty Dot bought me, still wearing what Nan knitted for him. Im am so heartbroken Mum and you have done so much for me but please can you keep holding my hand just for a bit. I love you so very much, i will await for midnight and relight your candle. Pink tonight. All my love and hugs, my darling Mum. Phillip. XXXXXXX

I picked up one of my Schecter's today, the one piece maple Synyster Gates 'Custom' you like so much - such a great sound and for you only the best. You loved that guitar and wrapped it in a sheet...when you babysat for it - like it was yours. Whenever i play it i will always think of you Mum. Music is so emotive but i feel like it will help things along. I love you so very much XX. Phillip.X.

Every breaking wave on the shore
Tells the next one there'll be one more
And every gambler knows that to lose
Is what you're really there for
Last summer I was fearless
Now I speak into an answer phone...
Like every falling leaf on the breeze
Winter wouldn't leave it alone
If you go?
If you go your way and I go mine
Are we so?
Are we so helpless against the tide?
Mum, every dog on the street
Knows that we're in love with defeat
Are we ready to be swept off our feet
And stop chasing
Every breaking wave.

I love you my darling Mum XX.

Remember Mum when U2 were on the BBC recently, and you called me and said 'that's my boy's guitar' which lived in your front room whilst i was doing stuff at mine. For the first time you seemed enthused with my genre of music. It was great. I forgot it was on TV - i text lee and enjoyed what was left. I will treasure that moment as you were so excited. Every time this is played, i will think of you on top of all of the other 'think of yous' - Gibson Explorer 1958 - Korina body, gold hardware - U2. I will NEVER let go Mum, i will always be here and i will always hold your hand. Peaches is always by you and she is always sleeping next to you regardless.I wish i could just hear your voice, all i have is voice mails, i wish you all the love in the world. Phillip XX
