On Thursday 4th January 2018, passed away peacefully in St Gemma’s Hospice, aged 68 years.
Much loved dad of Samantha and Keith and a loved grandad of Bailey, Charlie, Ben, Chelsea, Isla, Tia and Jonni also close to Harry and Ellie.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Lawnswood Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday 24th January at 11.00am prior to cremation.
Family flowers only please but donations may be made in memory of Tony to St Gemma’s Hospice for which a collection plate will be available at the service.
